Design & Simulations:
Complete product design by theoretical design calculations and with sophisticated tools to achieve best performance from each module. We utilize the powerful simulation tools to verify the product specifications with the design parameters. Some of the products we have followed DO178/254 standards for Design Assurance Level ‘A’.

Hardware Design:
In-depth design, debug experience in Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics and power electronics, ensuring that the whole product requirements are achieved. We handle the complex issues like Thermal, Signal Integrity and EMI, extreme temperature, and high shock or vibration impetus, to name a few.

Software Development:
Experienced in developing Real-time, mission critical embedded software for Onboard missile systems, ground systems and Checkout systems with Data acquisition. We have expertise in Board Support Packages, Drivers, GUI based front end applications.

We have a framework of Image and Audio processing algorithms for computing power spectral density, meta data extraction, creating tiniest signatures from large data files, with patented techniques. These signatures can be used in real time to compare and automatically identify objectives like civil or Military targets using Artificial Intelligence.

Testing & Certification:
We also build Test Fixtures / ATEs to carry out full product testing .We also define HALT and HASS test plans to arm our clients with reliability and early failure data. Based on need, we support in EMI/EMC Testing, ESS testing, Acceptance / Qualification tastings and product certification.

We develop complete Build Documentation or Technical Data Package, which will help our customers / Manufacturers to produce efficiently and reducing the costs and faster delivery times.

We conduct analysis and  based on technology obsolescence and or based on product life maturity, we create Repair plans. Else up-revision of the Obsolete product and or its parent.
